This knocking in is for bats that haven't been bought from us. If you buy this knock-in online you will need to courier your bat to us or bring it into your local branch. Please ensure that you include your sales confirmation that you will receive by email. That way we can track your bat and not lose it!
'Knocking in' a cricket bat is the process by which the fibres of the playing surface are compressed. This is done for a couple of reasons:

This process can take a while during our peak periods. Please allow at least one week for your knock in to be complete.

We stand by the quality of our products and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can return any products to receive a refund of the purchase price or exchange the products within 30 working days of delivery (for any reason), provided that the products are returned in their original condition with packaging and invoice.
