We aim to deliver all products within 3-5 working days of confirming your order within New Zealand. However, this timeframe is an estimate only. If there are any delays—such as items being out of stock or deliveries to rural or remote locations*—we will notify you as soon as possible. If your order cannot be fulfilled or there is a significant delay, you may choose to cancel the order (or part of it) and receive a full refund, including applicable delivery charges for undelivered products.

Please note that we are not liable for any costs, damages, or expenses resulting from delivery delays beyond our control.

Delivery Charges

The standard delivery charge is $11, with some exceptions*. Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout, but in some cases, they may be higher (e.g., for large or heavy items or rural/remote deliveries). If actual shipping costs exceed the estimated amount, we will notify you before processing the order. You may then choose to cancel and receive a full refund for the affected items.

Click & Collect – Free Pickup

Take advantage of our free Click & Collect service. Once your online order is ready for pickup, we will contact you with collection details.

International Shipping

We do not offer a standard international shipping rate. If you're an international customer, please email nzorder@chhl.co with your order details and preferred shipping method. We will provide you with a custom freight rate and payment instructions.
