We offer some of our new season equipment to our customers on pre-order. Pre-ordering in-store and online enables you to purchase a new season item before it arrives at our stores. As soon as we have received an item that has been available as a pre-order, we set them aside for any existing orders and address them to be delivered or collected in-store using the details you supplied to us in your pre-order. The delivery times for each item will depend on the release date of each item from the supplier and will be included on the product listing online where possible. The times for each item are estimated time for delivery based on the information given to us by our suppliers. We are not able to ever guarantee or specify delivery dates and where new information comes to hand we look to pass that onto any pre-order customers. We will notify you immediately by email and refund the purchase price of pre-ordered items if stock from our suppliers become cancelled or limited within production. We stand by the quality of our products and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can return any products to receive a refund of the purchase price or exchange the products within 30 working days of delivery (for any reason), provided that the products are returned in their original condition with packaging and invoice.
To return products please either visit your nearest store with a copy of your invoice or email us on info@cricketexpress.co.nz and we will advise you on how best to return the goods to us.
